Windows TerminalΒΆ
Windows Terminal is a terminal application developed by Microsoft which will replace the classic console in the future. It provides a tabbed interface and can host multiple sessions parallel - for example CMD and PowerShell. You can also easily split a window into multiple viewports.
Besides using the Microsoft Store you can also download a standalone version at https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/releases.
In the settings you can also change the default size, position and if the last session should be restored automatically when opening the terminal.
